One of the upstream datastore dependencies used in Logs Query path had an upgrade on 2nd July, 06:00 PM UTC which resulted in some queries getting stuck for one of our customers starting at 3rd July, 06:25 AM UTC. This resulted in partial unavailability of the Logs query for a single customer. Our upstream provider root caused it to be due to a new feature in the upgraded version and fixed by reverting the specific feature. Full service availability is fully resolved on 3rd July, 12:45 PM UTC. Log ingestion was not impacted for any of our customers during this window.
